Submitting a cruise planning request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation or booking. A planning request is the beginning of a consultation process. No cruise, cabin, or travel arrangement is confirmed until you have received written confirmation from Match Voyage Travel and any required deposit or payment has been processed.
Match Voyage Travel reserves the right to decline any planning request at our discretion.
Match Voyage Travel acts as an independent travel agent and affiliate of Outside Agents. We assist clients in identifying and booking cruise vacations through cruise line suppliers and booking systems. We do not own, operate, or control any cruise line, ship, airline, hotel, or other travel supplier.
We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any cruise line or travel supplier, or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or expense arising from or in connection with any travel services provided by those suppliers.
All cruise pricing, cabin availability, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without notice and are determined by the cruise lines, not by Match Voyage Travel. We make every effort to provide accurate and current information, but we cannot guarantee that any price or availability will remain in effect until a booking is confirmed and deposit is received.
Prices quoted are estimates based on information available at the time of inquiry and may change before a booking is finalized.
All cancellation policies, change fees, and refund terms are set by the individual cruise lines and suppliers, not by Match Voyage Travel. By booking a cruise through Match Voyage Travel, you agree to the terms and conditions of the cruise line or supplier involved.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of cancellation, delay, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are happy to assist you in finding a travel insurance option that fits your needs.
Match Voyage Travel does not charge service fees for standard cruise bookings. Any fees applicable to changes or cancellations are the cruise line's fees, not ours.
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation, prior to departure. Requirements vary by destination and are subject to change. Match Voyage Travel is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred due to inadequate or expired travel documents.
We recommend checking with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government travel authority for the most current entry requirements for your destinations.
Match Voyage Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss. We can assist in connecting you with travel insurance options. The decision to purchase travel insurance is solely the client's responsibility.
Match Voyage Travel's liability to any client for any cause whatsoever is limited to the total amount of fees paid directly to Match Voyage Travel for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with our services or this website.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this site at any time for any reason.
